Worst place we ever lived

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
 
Office staff is absolutely incompetent and arrogant.
We could hear our upstairs neighbors use the Bathroom at night
( in every splashing detail ).
No insulation between Apartments.
Very inconvenient to live at due to "upgrades" that mostly served
as reasons to hike up the rent.
