This apartment complex was chosen for its location and the quality of the apartments on first glance. The apartment itself has lived up to expectations, but the management staff is unbearable. You call to discuss something and they blow you off. There is a total lack of communication by the office staff and when concerns are raised they don't care to listen - even if you're standing right in front of them! I would recommend that folks stay away from this complex and find something where the staff is more inclined to serve the community rather than themselves.

AMEN to this one!
We currently live here(moving next month)and we will file formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau of Greater Maryland.
These people need to be stopped!

I agree too, not very good to deal with. It wasn't really like that when we first moved in about a year and a half ago, but seems to have gotten this way in the past maybe 6 months.
