My friend and I chose to move into these apartments because they were conveniently located and we liked the space/layout. It was a little pricey, but it looked like it was worth it....boy were we wrong. We had probelms from day one. The master bathroom was missing the rod to hang the shower curtain on...this took over a week to get installed. When my AC broke, it took over two weeks, and several service requests to get it fixed. I could go on for a very long time citing problems very similar to this. But the theme is took forever and horrible service. They always wanted everything in writing, but always seemed to lose it anyway. Such a joke!
The office staff is horrible and we will just leave it at that.
I lived on the first floor and you could hear everything upstairs. This included the 2,3,4, and 5 am sack sessions of my upstairs neighbors.
For anyone who is living there and reading this pay close attention to this. (I saw it mentioned in someone else's review as well.) They make you put in writing (of course) 15 days in advance of moving out that you want to be present for you move out inspection. Do this!!!!! They will charge you for ridiculous things! I have NEVER had a problem moving out so I didn't think it would be an issue. They charged me $200 for bogus things. That is not as bad as a friend of mine, however, who got charged over $1100 for damages. The main one being replacing the crappy carpet. The reason they cited was excessive dog urine. Here's the best part....she doesn't have a dog!!!! Then when you go to discuss these issues with them that is when they turn really nasty. They blew me off, said they weren't going to discuss it, and I should take it up with the collection agent. Great customer service there.

So please take your hard earned money elsewhere. This place is awful.

Another AMEN on this one! We are out of there,FINALLY,and i strongly agree,if you live there now,be present during the move-out inspection. they tried to charge us for a carpetstain caused by their leaky a/c unit. They are truly desperate for money,as they come up with the most ridiculus ways of getting your money(guess you ain't paying enough in rent yet). The place started to look like a Circus in their efforts to rent these places,as folks are hopefully finding out the truth about that place.
