Let's see where to begin.... Well being I have had a horrible experience and have only lived her for 3 weeks WILL not recommend Arbor View or any of the other UDR communities! I have written and posted a blog in the attemp to notify other future tendants not to come here or go to any other UDR communities. The blog is:

www.arborviewapartments.blogspot.com (as of 1/29/08 removed due to a threat notice for lease violation and was asked to take blog down before further action would be taken).

I was looking here but know I will not! Thank you for the detailed blog about all of your problems. I def. do not have that kind of time for them!! After reading all of the other reviews plus yours is more than enough to take my MONEY elsewhere.

Gosh I am so sorry, I posted earlier about all my probs, and will have more to add before I move out in April, lease expires in May, I cannot wait.
