I have only live at Harbor View for at least seven months before recieving military orders to California. Through out my tenancy I did not have any type of issues what so ever, with regards to any aspect. I was actually disappointed that I was leaving because I had finally found a nice place to live. The only issues I had was the lack of assigned parking. And parking in general. My unit was conveniently located right at the entrance to my area of the community. The kitchen was very small and could surely use a little remodeling if it has not been done by now. I disliked the fact the locations of the bathrooms deprived them of true ventilation from a window. Leasing staff was pleasant in my opinion and took care of all my requests. I was not aware of any domestic disturbances or theft/vandalism during my tenancy.

Notice: This person lived in Harbor View, not Arbor View! If they had lived in Arbor View, they would not be recommending this place to anyone else!
