THE MANAGEMENT STAFF AND HIDDEN FEES ARE SOOO RIDICULOUS! I AM FAR FROM POOR AND ALWAYS PAY MY RENT AND HAVE BEEN RAPED BY THESE PEOPLE!!! DO NOT EVER EVER RENT AN APARTMENT HERE, GOD FORBID SOMEONE HAVE A CRISIS, THEY WILL BE THROWN OUT IMMEDIATLY! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL STAFF! RUDE! TO MANY HASSLES FOR A SOMEWHAT NICE COMMUNITY! FIND A PRIVATE RENTER I DID!! AND A LAWYER TO!!

Wow---I guess you have never heard of a LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT before. Firstly,no one can charge fees that arent there...It's in your lease. If your old enough to live in an apartment, you're old enough to read a lease. Its black and white. If management doesnt follow it word-for-word THEY will get fired, or fined, etc. Management does their part, renters do theirs. Pay your rent and shut up, or leave.
