I have been a resident here for a little over 2 years now and I have never had a problem. I feel that the staff is very professional and friendly. Although they always abide by the residential agreement I have to admit I've never expected anything less than that after all they are a business. They have treated me no different than any other rental property I've lived in, however my apartment is so much nicer than any other so far. They keep the property very nice and they always fix any problems I have in a timely and professional manner. I have and will continue to recommend these apartments as a extremely nice place to live.

This person is obviously lying or being paid by Arborview Apartments. DO NOT let them fool you. THE ONLY reason you want to live here is because you cannot afford some other place. The "marketing associates" are cute (and evil as hell). Anything beyond that, the place is a dump.
