Let me start by saying before I moved in here, I used this site to make a decision. I ignored all of the negative complaints, because I figured people would only write in if they hated the place. I'm going to give the good and bad to hopefully help others out.

The Good: Beautiful buildings, big apartments, lots of new upgrades in the apartments, convenient location, very nice/young groups of people living here, pool (extra fee), pet friendly, clubhouse, gym (extra fee), alarm system (extra fee required), intercom system in apartment, fireplace in top units, large balconies, vaulted ceilings in top units, nice amount of closet and storage space.

The bad: Horrible parking, gym and pool open for limited hours only, very thin walls (can hear neighbors talking, going to the bathroom, etc--AND I live on the top floor!), tennis oourts in horrible condition (WHICH you pay for in the ammenity fee even though you can't use them!), insulation is terrible, poor response to maintenance needs, old appliances unless you get lucky and get one of the few apartments to not have washers and dryers from the 80s, lease pries change every day so you may feel cheated by the amount you agreed to pay, ample amount of drugs and crime, told what you can and cannot have on balcony / in windows (no lights, no real plants, no flags, no grills, etc), given short notice for things like building washing (everything must be removed from balcony), photo day (cannot park infront of your building or you get towed) --- usually less than 24 hour notice given for these events -- god forbid you go on travel, you will have no car and your personal items soaked.

Clearly, the negatives outweigh the positives in living here. If you are just looking for a temporary place to live ( 1 or 2 years), this isn't such a bad place, but any longer than that and you will definitely go crazy with living here.
