I've lived here for 2 years and I can admit I was really excited about moving here. The buildings look great as well as the amenities. The pool last year was loaded with leaves, bugs and other debris and no one seemed to clean it. Yet others were still swimming in it. The management is so rude! I was interested in renewing my lease for 2 months when I was told I could on the phone. Later a few weeks later, I spoke with *****(she's a witch), who told me that 2 month lease doesn't exist and I can either pay $1999 per month or rent for 3 months. I chose to leave since they really don't communicate well. My apartment faces the trees, when I first moved here I noticed it was clean now the stream and tree area is loaded with trash. It looks really dirty. Oh and the management gives you 2 day notice that they're coming to enter your apartment really awful. Heaven for bid, someone actually goes away on business you'll be fined since you didn't take care of the items needed for the inspection.
The tennis courts yes are awful, in fact when I first moved here I actually fell since the walkway is broken and has never been fixed and I received a splinter. The tennis courts are awful, covered in dirt and no one uses them. Perhaps, if things were kept up in good condition the area would be great.
Also, there's a lot of trashy people moving into the area, I think this is why the area has changed so much.
The gym is tiny and always smells! The one treadmill was broken for 2 years before I came here and still broken for an additional year. Now, one of the treadmills wobbles so you have to run uphill so you don't wobble.
You can hear everything in the apartments, I MEAN EVERYTHING. I always hear my neighbors screaming and and having sex in the early morning. Also, you can hear others going to the bathroom. Quite disturbing!
My closet was leaking water for 1 month, before maintenance realized that it was the water heater that was bad. I didn't have hot water for 2 days.

Oh yes and how could you forget to add they took away parking and put up a crappy "roof" with some poles and making residents pay to park there if you choose. And how about them taking and locking up the extra storage off the balcony they so much tell you about when looking at the apartment. The office management has always been rude EXCEPT when trying to get you sucked in here!
