BE VERY VERY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THESE SHADY PEOPLE!!!!
They do whatever it takes to get you to sign your papers...free tv, no sec deposit, ect ect. Then when you have a problem, be prepared to not have it addressed. We have put in work orders for the same problem 4 or 5 times to not have it fixed. Everyone in our builing has put in a work order for a problem with the door and it still is broken.
We have contacted regional management to be told dont worry problems will be solved tomorrow...and its now been 2 months later. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Go around the corner and rent a townhouse for less $$$$.
Dont pay extra for fake ammenities like storage and safety when they only take away your storage units and leave your building gaurded by a broken entrydoor. And if you do move in DO NOT sign any papers until you have seen your apartment. Our carpets have stains on them that resurfaced 2 days after we moved in and they WILL NOT reclean them....inspect your apartment from top to bottom.
Depending on which unit you live in you could have 20 open parking spaces or ZERO "0"
