If you are new to the area, do not consider living at Liriope Apartments.
The office management is terrible.
They are nice and everything when they are trying to get you to move into the apartment, but once you're here it is a different story.
I have constantly had noise problems with our neighbors.
I have sent numerous emails about loud music and the office responds by saying they will take care of it, but they never do.
They lashed out at me for complaining.
That is unacceptable.
They also handle your maintenance problems when they feel like.
Hope nothing ever brakes.
Keep looking for another place to live.

To comment on maintenance...emergency maintenance (phone) is horrible. If you submit maintenance requests online through myudr they usually address them within the day (in my experience at least).
In terms of neighbor complaints, the management was not willing to back us up when we wanted to have a car towed that was parked for over an hour and a half blocking in my bf's car (and another car) which cost him time and money when he had a 3 hour drive he needed to make. There were ample spaces open, someone just decided they did not care about other people and carelessly parked their car in the aisle.
