Light House at Twin Lakes

Not too bad...you get what you pay for From: 11916 Date posted: 6/21/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I'm almost done after living here for one year. The maintenance staff does respond quickly when you have problems. I'm in a basement apartment and they have had to replace the ceiling three times because of leaking upstairs that I "just have to live with". So I make it a point to call them all the time. Now we have some mold in addition to new watermarks and water bubbles forming underneath the dry wall. New watermarks have formed in the hallway when you first walk-in too. We hear people walking around upstairs all the time too. It is a relatively safe area. The apartment is a decent size with good storage space. You have to roll your washer and hook it up to the sink which isn't too bad b/c it is your own washer that you can run whenever. The dryer is ok, but eventually does the trick. Our cabinet doors are horrible and never stay shut, but I'm gone in a month. It's not a bad apartment complex all things considered, but a few things could be better.
