The office staffs are very nice and friendly. I think the staffs are one of the best I have ever met. I like them and that's why I decided to move into here. But I won't continue my lease due to the bad maintenace.

My bad experiences are the terrible delay maintenance, noise from pipe, and dog poo everywhere.

(1) Maintenance:
We found the door gasket and shelf of refrigerator were terrible broken on our moving day. We informed the office staff right away. We put it on the inspection list and even called several times. It has been almost 3 months since we moved in, they are still broken and the maintenance crew just don't care about it.

The kitchen sink was clogged and the drain pipe was burst when we used the food disposer. Then the water was on the floor. We called and called several times for several days and the maintenance line was always busy or nobody answered. We left message. Somebody returned our first call, then nobody returned any other calls or came to check. We had to wash our food and dishes in the bathroom for 3 days. Finally we went to the leasing office for help and they called the maintenance people to fix it.

The bathtub had slow drainage. We found that the water would accumulate quickly when we just turned on the water to adjust temperature on our first moving day. The water accumulated to our ankle during shower in the first 5 minutes. We put it on our inspection list and asked the people in the leasing office to tell maintenance people to fix it. They didn't come. Then we called them and finally they showed up to do something. But they did nothing except making it worse. The water accumulated faster and higher than before, and the soap scum pile up with even just one quick shower. I left a message to them and saiding a that the problem is still outstanding and hope they could come to fix it, but nobody showed up or contacted us. Finally, we have to buy Drano and plunger to fix it by ourselves. It is better now, but there is still some problem in the main drain pipe which we won't be able to reach.

(2) Noise from pipe:
When anyone is using water, you can hear very loud high pitch noise when the water run through the pipe. It keeps waking me up at night and early morning when anybody in this bulding uses their bathroom.

(3) Dog poo:
Some neighbors walk his/her dog(s) everywhere and didn't clean up the dog poo. You can see the dog poo on the sidewalk, on the grass next to sidewalk, on the grass next to parking lot. It is so easy to step on it because there are so many. I once count them. From my car parking position to my apartment building, I count more than 30 within 30 meters. I have to watch every step when I walk around.
