I have lived in the community for almost a year and am now ending my lease to leave the area. I have some good and bad things to say about the community. First, I have never had a roach or rodent problem in my apartment which is very important to me. Second, I love having a washer and dryer but clothes have to stay in the dryer for more than 3 cycles sometimes. I usually feel safe in the area but some nights men are drinking in dark areas, so I avoid the dark areas. The maintenance is horrible, and thats IF they come, half the time they won't even call you back. The office staff is friendly but not very helpful they don't answer the phone or return emails or voice messages. I finally went to the office. The good things about the area are that a grocery store, bank and CVS are in walking distance. I also liked the diversity in the area. The pool is huge and clean but has irregular hours. Despite the bad things if I returned to the area I would consider moving into this community again.
