I don't know where these other people live but it's not this community. I have had several leaks in my apartment since I moved in less than a year ago. I reported the leaks immediately but rarely got a respo0nse. It got to the point that my apartment flooded twice because nobody cared enough to fix anything in my apartment. Now, roaches have been appearing sporadically. I called about that and left three messages. Nobody has come by yet! I hate it here!
The staff sucks. Everybody is rude. I have had all these problems and I was late by one day and got yelled at by the staff. They told me I had to go to court because I was one day late! Maybe if they put the effort they put in collecting money into putting the money into the community then I wouldn't see so many people moving out everyday. My neighbor left and broke their lease. They told me they couldn't stand the service anymore. They have not only had the leaks and floods but their car had been broken into 3 times. There are kids everywhere. I don't think any of them have parents. I caught them sitting on my car one evening smoking and drinking. I said something the the management office and the manager asked me what I expected them to do about it. WTF''''''' I am leaving once my lease is up. I would break it but I have already been told by my neighbors that it is not worth the headache to get out of my lease. The management office refuses to let them out of the lease without charging them close to $1500. And don't try to call the corporate office. Nobody answers or returns calls. I guess they lead by example.
