I really thought this would be a great place to live. I DO like the apartment itself - roomy, lots of storage, has some character. BUT, after a break-in only 5 weeks after moving in, I really don't want to stay anymore. I lost over $10,000 in electronics because the management didn't take care of the lack of locks on the slider - noted on my move-in list!

As if that's not enough, some other "features" that should be included in the brochure.

- Deluxe cannibus clouds engulfing the hallways.

_ "Gentle" men releiving themselves in plain sight.

- BUGS, BUGS, BUGS - extra protein for you pets!
- Roaring white waterfront property during heavy rain. There's even white-tailed deer to beautify nature's miracle.
- Live under a stampede every day! Who needs to sleep - or covers on the ceiling lights!
- Angular doors throughout the unit! Add to a sense of depth of space. Just take the door off the track to get to your stuff!
- For lefties only - the water faucets all turn to the right to turn on. COOL!
- And don't forget, when heating costs skyrocket this winter, AIMCO pays the gas bill!

DAMN, that's a shame that your apartment got broken into...sorry to hear that. I've been living here for only two-months now, but thank goodness I have a top floor apartment. Are you living on the first or basement floor, especially if you have a patio?

Also, I always suggest to my friends or family members whenever they move into an apartment to have their locks changed to a good security lock/s. You might pay more, but it's worth it rather than losing thousands of dollars of merchandise.
