Good price for what you get

Overall, I like the place. Here's why:
1) the rent is really cheap for the amount of space.
2) it close to a fair amount of shopping
3) it is really close to 95 and the Beltway
4) it is quiet
5) i have NEVER heard of a car break-in or apartment break-in - all of those other reviews are full of crap.
6) I haven't seen or heard of any gang violence or punks roaming the halls and intimidating residents. it is quiet place to live (all of those other reviews are full of crap).
7) It is set back from the road so you don't hear the traffic at all
8) The office staff is, despite what others would have you believe, quite nice and responsive. I have had several questions/concerns and they have always helped.
9) I have had even more maintenance requets (which is a negative, I admit), but they have all been promptly dealt with and fixed. I have very little negative comments about the maintenance staff
Here are the few things I don't like:
1) The roaches - they do exist and are obnoxious. However, with a lot of roach hotels i have cleaned most of them out of my apartment.
2) Things tend to break relatively easily, which is annoying.
