Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I mean Knock on wood and all but I dont have any issues with roaches or mice! And As long as I have been here the apartment has been exterminated as a preventive measure three times. I would have to say that everything has been good so far and I plan on staying here awhile.
