Lacking in customer service and maintenance assistance.

In the last year I have been receiving nothing but problems. The complex is becoming unsafe: loiters, car breaks-ins, armed roberry, car vandalism, and late night unexplain noises in the complex. The rental office and maintenance office staff is lacking in customer service. A tenant needs to make numerous calls and personal visits to receive service, there is never a follow-ups, you have to keep a log of all conversations and problems due to the numerous staff that you will make contact with and the unresolved promises. I have had leaks in my bathroom, kitchen sink, refrigerator, rodent problems, and air conditioning. Air conditioning has been a major battle and is still ongoing. Customer service is only received during the initial move in but is quickly nonexistence once you have established tenure. I am always ontime with rent and follow all policies. There are always water notices shut offs posted right before the hours, notification of extermination schedules posted at the last minute including a note of fines and no show ups. I am moving immediately regardless the lease agreement. If anyone else is experiencing problems of these extremenes please contact your Landlord and Tenant Office.
