I have lived within this apartment complex for over four years and have lived in several types of apartments including: Efficiency, one bedroom, two bedroom and first floor apartments.

This apartment complex is above average when compared to the surrounding apartment communities. The only reoccurring issue would deal with car break-ins, but this is a issue which is not out of the norm for the area. The apartments are well kept, maintenance is professional and quick to service repairs. Never experienced a roach issue. Rent is just about average. I never experienced any issues with regards to safety, the community and parking lots stay well lit. I'd rate the office staff as satisfactory or average.
