Poor Management and Maintenance Staff

I have resided with this apartment complex for a year at building 11916, the two bedroom apartment has been falling apart (everything was cosmetic fixups when we moved in initially), requests for maintenance assistance is always slow and unresponsive, the Maintenance Manager and staff continously displayed unprofessional and dishonest behavior by promising to follow up on problem and solutions with no actions. The property is only well kept near the Resident Office, several lights throughout the property are not functionaling which is a serious problem due to the increase crime level. The noise level is extremely loud through all hours of the day, whether due to poor insulation of the apartments or the disregard of other residents but assistance is never provided by the Resident Staffing or Manager just avoidance. There is a serious problem with roaches for sometime no matter how much you clean, make sure there is no clutterness, or exterminate, the problem still exist. When deciding to move into to Light House at Twin Lake be mindful that once the lease is signed you and your family will have to reside in this unsafe, unkept and uncomfortable environment for a 1 year of misery. Talk to other residents when getting a tour of the property, ask for honest opinions, drive the apartment complex at night, check with the local area police department regarding the statics of the crime. Make sure that it's the right decision for you.
