I have lived here for a couple of months now. I don't have many problems with it.
Safety- In spite of a couple of reported car vandalizatoin, the management is trying to do something to keep it safe. They have hired a security company to patrole the grounds.
Parking- Parking can be tight if you are looking for a space close to your apartment late at night. I always find one fairly close to my apartment that I feel safe parking in.
Noise- THere is a little bit of squeeking from my neighbors above, but other than that I don't hear a thing. It is much better than other apartments I have lived in.
Grounds- Management is really trying to do something to keep this place looking good. They are currently installing new carpeting in all of the hallways and stairwells. They are also putting up new fensing around the dumpsters. This is the first apartment that I have lived in that the management is really trying to keep stuff looking good.
Maintence- Maintence has aways responded quickly to my calls(AC breaking, leak from ceiling, broken toilet seat). I am very pleased.
The rental office really tries to plan events to get the residents together... movie night, pool party, yard sale.
Overall I am very happy here. And yes they do allow dogs(they built a dog walking area)

I just learned another problem with apartmet living, in general. Tenants don't use the shower curtains and end up causing problems with the apartments below them. Come to think of it, kids could turn on bathtubs and cause flooding too. Or even we adults might do something like that, get interrupted with something and forget we left the water on. So in all apartments, even condos, these things can happen. Just thought I'd pass this along. We should all care about our underfloor neighbors:) Teach our kids too.
