I have been a tenant for almost a year. My lease is getting ready to expire and I am going to move. For one the I personally feel the rent is too much for the living conditions. I stay on the first floor and the floors are so creaky I am awakened like in the middle of the night. The people above me smoke so much it comes through my vents and it is VERY unpleasant. Management acts like they can't do anything about it. The walls are very thin as far as the people above you, so if you have some noisy people above you, you will hate it. Other than that, maintence is pretty good about fixing whatever you need.
