Save Yourself the Trouble From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/12/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   The noise between apartments, horrible. The service by the Office Staff, laughable. They have no concern beyond getting you to sign a Lease and pay your monthly Rent. The Maintenance Department, I have had Maintenance show up reeking of weed, I have had them return a call and say they were on their way and never show up, I have had on numerous occasions the unfortunate experience of not being able to communicate with them when they show up in the morning before I have finished getting ready for work because they don't speak english. The pictures of apartments on their Web Site must only be the models because none of my counter tops or cabinets are marble or stained dark. There is no where to park after 5:30pm, you will have to walk to your building. They notify you way after something important happens in the complex, like someone getting held up at gunpoint. I have never lived somewhere that required so many maintenance calls. And they feed those disgusting ducks so that they won't leave. Save yourself the trouble, pass this place by!
