On Sunday 8/13, I saw an ad on Craig's List stating they had efficiencies starting at $729. I called the, at 1:53pm and s/w Brandon at the 800 number. I spoke with him at length and was told they had 4-6 apts for that rent and to go down there any time before 5 to see one.

Well I went down there at 3:45 and the unfriendly woman in the office said their apartments started at $759. I asked her why did the ad they placed 2 hours ago say that and why did the person at their 800 say they also had at least 4 apartments at that price range' She said the rents change all the time. And yet 2 days later, they are still running the ad with the same FAKE rent.

I walked out because if they are going to be puling a bait and switch like that just to get folks down there, I can imagine what kind of a raw deal you get once you sign the lease. Also, huge warning sign is that they wanted to show me a model. No, I want to see the actual apartment you intend to rent to me.
