It's not a bad apartment. The best thing they did this past year was install new windows which should dramatically lower you electric costs. The highrise units don't
have the new windows so I'm sure the electric bills are alot more. The complex is clean and have controlled access which has yet to work. Earler this year they contracted a security service to patroll the lot since they had alot of problems with
vehicle thefts. I have had no problems with thefts or crime but this area is not the country and is only 11 miles from DC so it has a more urban character to it. The washer/ dryer in the apartment is a nice feature. Overall I think about moving but
is it really going to be any better for the price'
