It's a nice place.

I lived here for almost 2 years. I moved out of the area for job reasons, but if not for that, I'd still be living there. I lived in the high rise, and it was very quiet and clean. The apartment was a studio with a huge walk-in closet. The carpet wasn't the greatest, and the blinds should have been replaced before I moved in, but those aren't big issues.
The staff in the rental office was hit or miss in terms of being helpful. When I moved in, there was a great staff, but they all mysteriously left within 6 months. After that, I never knew who was capable of solving a problem. The billing system left something to be desired. I had to go to the office a few times to clarify it. I don't think I should have to pay for trash and sewer or the mysterious $1 service fee ISTA imposed. I don't know where the rent money goes, but i think the managemet could handle paying $3 per apartment for trash!
