I was thinking about moving here but since no utilities are included I wanted to know besides the monthly rent fee, how much do the utilities often run' And is it worth it' Is any one currently living in an efficiency'

Depends on what type of apartment. efficiences, 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms or 3 bedroom. The set unility cap is different for each. For instance, 2 bedroom untility cap is 180 during winter months and as low as 78 or less during summer months. If your rent is 1,091 add the 78 or 180 on top of that. Electric bill is separate. The utilities added to the rent is for water, sewer, gas, heat. Hope that helps. This is a large complex, some reviews are bad and some are good. It really depends on where the apartment is located. I've lived here for 4 years, they not the best but they do their best to accomodate you. You just have to stay on them. No apartment complex is perfect just like people are not perfect. the utilities arent really that bad if your cognizent. My boy and I are renting a 2 bd for 1080- and the utility cap is $180. The complex pays 50% of water, gas and trash and you pay the rest plus the full electricity bill. so on average our rent is about 1180/mo with utilities added in.
