Maintenance issues that either mess with the water or electricity seem to pop up ever month or 2.

Front desk people were pretty nice but the maintenance people were rude and unpleasant to deal with.

The most grievous of offenses were BED BUGS. Appearantly, it was a pre-existing problem and they were 'nice' enough to hire a terrible exterminator from a company I have never heard of, who illegally gave us insectacide, and got nowhere. For treatment we had to keep our appartment in a state where it was unlivable and after 3-4 months gave up and decided to live with the problem. All of our furnature is ruined. Also, I managed to find some other people who have had bed bugs in different buildings than my own (11200)

We were attracted to the place because at the time it was pretty cheap and the place was livable but I would go back and pay 200$ more for rent in a heartbeat if it meant being able to live content in an appartment.
