A little expensive, but overall ok

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
The apartments are old, but very clean. Since I have been here I have not heard of any break ins or muggings, maybe that is because a police substation is on the premises. Parking does still suck, especially if you live in a apatment at the end of the street. I have had a few problems with teenagers from the local high school hanging out in the laundry room, and writing on the walls, but luckily no profanity was written. Management sent someone out immediatly to make them leave and repainted, they also now have someone patrol the laundry rooms now. I think the apartments are a little overpriced,and the windows need insulation.I don?t like that they all do not include carpet, carpet cost more. I have no problems with pest. Overall this is a nice place to live!
