Having lived here for 2 years we will not be renewing our lease when it comes up again. The apartment is nice for the amount paid, but not all apartments have carpeting which makes it very noisey for those below. We have had a couple instances when laundry was stolen out of the laundry room. As for the area, horrible. The parking is unbelieveable! There is limited parking for tenants and the street parking is a mess! We have also witnessed quite a few drug deals out in the parking lot and two instances where we saw people (tenants) being held up at gun point. Needless to say we will be moving out asap.
