The place does have its perks of decent living space, paid utilities, its pet friendly, and most of all the pool area is probably the nicest in the county. But parking seems to be a common downfall, as well as the years of faulty wiring in every apt complex. Personal favorites include dripping water from ceiling, weeks to repair it, wonderful aromas from each and every hallway, and joyous quiet music throughout the night. The floors must be 10 feet thick and really insulated well since you can't hear anything from surrounding apartments. Bottom line, unless you want to model your home around the scents of Chipotle 24/7, don't live here!!!!!
