cheap, low quality, but spacious

Don't expect to find any quality apartments that are well-made at this place-- maintenance does quick, ghetto fix-its; walls are cracking; paint that has been there for years can wipe off easily with a wet finger; and cockroaches reign supreme.
Also the area isn't safe as families let their kids reek havoc on neighbors' cars in the middle of the night.

On the flip side, the rent is cheap, there's pool access in the summer and the aparments are rather spacious. Good for college students or recent grads. Don't try to make a family here; it's not safe.
