Good mantinance, bad managment

The appartments over all are decent. They are a on the old side but the rent and size is worth it.
Appartment: Large, decent layout
Parking: Hard to find a spot anywhere near your building after 6 pm.
General area: Okay, surrounding neighborhood is nice, however avoid terrance appartments anywhere near the school, and I-95. It all depends on which building you end up in, there are remodled units and they are better insulated ect units close to them are nicer than the rest. Laundry mats are a joke, they are only in odd numbered buildings and there is only two washers and two dryers inbetween 18 appartments so finding an empty washer or dryer is a joke. Powder Mill Village is good for students, or recent graduates or person's living on fixed incomes, however if the following does not apply find somewhere better; you will be happier.
