Roaches in the apartment

I moved into this apartment and two days later I saw roaches in the kitchen crawling thru crackes in the wall. If you don't like to live with roaches this it not the place for you. Management needs to hire a better company to deal with this problem. Apartments also have bed bugs. They really need to take care of this problem.
