I thought everything would be pretty nice when I moved in. Great perks include: paid utilities, conveniently close to everything, military discount, and 24 hour maintenance.
Then I moved in...I signed a 1 year lease...Big mistake.
Parking sucks. My car has been vandalized twice, as have my neighbors. Nothing was solved by reporting it to the office.
Walls and ceilings paper thin. I can see the ceiling give when the upstairs tenants walk. They aren't big people!!
Garbage is an issue. It is a commonplace to see overflowing dumpsters. In the past 6 months, we have had a roach issue and a rat issue. I called 7 times about the rats before they could tell me that an exterminator would be out in 2 weeks to assess the severity of the problem.
The air is turned on in July and off in October. Meanwhile, you're sweating it out with fans. I've seen 3 parking lot fights since I've been here and the police are not that quick to respond.
They do have a pool, basketball court, and tennis court. Except you have to pay to get a pool pass and it is $30 per summer to utilize the tennis court. The ironic part is there are 2 free courts less than 1 mile away.
There isn't any consistency with the staff. A few people know what's going on and are willing to help you. The rest could care less.
I am really unhappy with this complex and the corporation that owns it. Please make this your very last option.
