good for UMCP students

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2005
 
There is a discount for UMCP students.

For last 4 years, good price for me.
under $700 including all utilities. They are increasing the price, so I am leaving.

The highest floor is less noisy.
Avoid the location close to the high school and I95.

some problems:
1. hard to find a space in late parking
2. a laundary room per two buildings
