This is the worst place I have every suffered to live. I consider myself a resonable person, but my patience snapped when my apartment was flooded with sewerage coming up from the toilet. First of all, it took two hours for any response from maintainence.

Secondly, it took one full week before any action was taken -- and even then, they didn't replace the carpet, only cleaned it. This place is terrible. They don't care. The management is irresponsible and always passing the buck.

Granted, the price is low, which is why I moved here. But believe me that it is not worth it one bit. THere is never ANY parking. YOu have to park on the public street where my car has been hit twice.

The apartments smell and the walls/ceiling is so thin I feel like I am living with 20 other people. Everything is just falling apart!!!

PLEASE, DO NOT MOVE HERE. I am in the process of looking for a new apartment and breaking my lease...

Yeah, my tub filled with sewage and it took them the entire day to figure out what to do. Meanwhile, the maintenance guy yelled at my wife and treated me like crap. I wouldn't waste your time with this place. Also, it's true about the ceilings. They're paper thin. The leasing office won't do anything about unacceptably loud tenants, despite their constant promises to mediate in our situation. I had to call the cops 2ce on my upstairs neighbors because of violence and my 2nd bedroom was infested with mold (VERY toxic!). They have the gall to charge over $1000 for my place. Witht he mold problems, it's a lawsuit waiting to happen.
