Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I lived at Powder Mill Village for a year and a half. The duration of my residency was marred with incident after incident. My complaints run the full gamut: Neighbors throwing trash onto our balcony, loud music from all sides at all hours, early morning trash pick-up which seemed louder than necessary, horrible parking, mildly-retarded leasing office workers, bad smell in hallways, industrious insects, power and air conditioning out for over a week, clothes of mine stolen from in-building washer and dryer and neighbors that would rather pass a kidney stone that speak to you. Perhaps its because I'm white. Overall, a filthy and vile place live.
