They are constantly doing construction, constantly turning of the water, the air conditioner just kinda works. I have lived in this apartment for 2 years, and everyday I get tired of it. I am moving next month and I cannot wait to leave. My apartment is infested with cockroaches, my neighbors are noisy, and there are spanish workers constantly doing construction. The building is also right next door to High Point High School and there are always students from the High School causing trouble.
