I have lived here for six years and do not plan to move anytime soon. Everytime I have had a probelm the staff here has always been quick to respond. Once, they didn't respond within 24 hours and I got a rent deduction for an apology! They even had the maintenance guy apologize to me!
I have had my problems but the service here is so good that I will not move. I have heard horror stories from my other people about where they live. I never have those complaints.
