Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
Where do I begin'....
1)staff: too frequent communication problems
2)noisy neighbors: who vacuums every night @ 10:00pm not to mention this is when the kids get extremely active
3)parking: don't leave your house after 6:00pm, otherwise you're **SOL**
4)maintenance: they are supposed to respond within 24 hours. So NOT TRUE!
The list goes on, but in essence TAKE HEED:
1)DON'T be fooled by the model: ask to see the ACTUAL apartment before you commit
2)Visit at night esp. the parking lot
3)Last but most important: ASK for 6 month lease option. If you don't like it, you will not be living in virtual hell for 6 xtra months!
