This place could be worse. For this area, the price isnt bad. But, it can get loud, and annoying. There are no washers and dryers in any of the apartments, theyre in the basements of most of the buildings, but not all. And in the ones that do, there are only 2 or 3 per building, and they dont work very well. It gets pretty annoying.
The people around here can get pretty bad. I'm always hearing noise from apartments around me, and the hallway always smells from weird cooking.
The heater/air conditioner doesnt work too well.
Safety is kind of an issue, you just have to be careful. I see A LOT of MS-13 graffitti around here, which is not cool.
On the plus side, the apartments are good sized, and again, compared to other places in college park and beltsville, the price isnt bad. If you can do better, I would. This place isnt exactly a bargain.
