Powder mill village has a lot of loitering in the summer time. The rent is very expensive. The maitenance staff is excellent with keeping up ! The office staff changes every six months so you cant get familiar with any one. they have one pool in that big community, the playgrounds sucks. They have no good picnic areas. They can afford to upgrade those apartments.
