I've lived here for two months now and I'm really enjoying it so far. I think you have to be careful about what part of the complex you choose to live in. I have a top floor apartment at the back of the complex and I've had no problems with my neighbors. Sometimes you hear somebody's music or people talking in the hall but it never lasts long. My building is quiet 90%of the time.

I can usually find parking by the building unless I come home very late and even then I can find a space within a reasonable distance. Parking up at the front of the complex looks more difficult but keep that in mind when picking your apartment.

The apartments have large rooms, lots of closet space and a nicely sized kitchen. The linen closet and pantry are a really great plus you don't see in most apartments. You also can't beat the included utilities. It's really nice not to have to deal with paying those bills.

The few times I've dealt with the office staff they've always been friendly and polite. Maintenance took care of the one issue I found when I moved in within hours of reporting it. Someone comes and cleans the lobby of the building every morning. I see staff picking up trash every day.

This isn't a luxury complex but I'm very happy so far.

In the interest of fair disclosure, I have had a problem with bugs but I just keep my kitchen clean and that helps immensely. Plus maintenance will put you on the list for extermination if you call and ask. The only other drawback is no visitor parking but they do have spaces on a nearby public street so it's not impossible to deal with.
