Bad experience

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I lived in the PMV for 11 months. The maintenance is ok. But office staff are terrible, not helpful at all. Parking is a big problem. They always like to sue people if you pay rent one or two days late no matter how timely you paid before. It seems to be their tradition to squeeze money out of you when you move out no matter how well you cleaned the apartment.
