I've been here since January this year and so far I love it here. The staff is very kind and helpful and they try their best to address any questions or problems that you're having. Parking can be a bit of a problem (especially in the evening when everyone has come home from work), but I've never had to park too far from my building.

I have never seen an apartment complex run like a well oiled machine before. If you call for maintenance, they fix it the same day or the next. I had a leak under my bathroom sink. When I called maintenance, they came out next day to fix it. No problems since. Same with a non-working plug in my kitchen. Except they came out the same day.

I haven't had any problems with neighbors either. Though we have been getting memos posted in our building regarding smokers who don't put out their cigarettes properly and people who don't clean up after their dogs.

We are just minutes from shopping (Target, Giant, Superfresh, 24 hr CVS, etc), UMCP, movie theatre, and the Metro.

All in all, my family and I feel very safe and happy here. We are very glad that we moved here. There is a good variety of people and things to do all around.

Who posts a picture of the entrance to the leasing office??? BIG MISTAKe as well as a DEAD GIVEAWAY; those well thought out dialouge was expertley crafted by someone who works there. Who says this like "I have never seen an apartment complex run like a well oiled machine before"...who has, guess what because they're NOT! And this line sounds like it's straight out of and advertisment " We are just minutes from shopping (Target, Giant, Superfresh, 24 hr CVS, etc), UMCP, movie theatre, and the Metro". BOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, I'm a first renter and this sounds like bull from the first couple of lines. Try again!

My goodness! So much hate. I don't work here, I live here. And this is not bull. The picture that I posted came from another site and I just cut and pasted it...no big deal. I myself have looked around different sites to read resident ratings and all I found was the same unsubstantiated crap. The complaints that I've read and continue to hear about don't have a story behind them. "Don't move here, the police told me not to." "The management is unprofessional." An anonymous user accused me of being someone who works with the company. All I did was post my experience here so far. I really do love it here and all that I have said is truth. If I didn't believe it, then I would have said so. If you have a bad experience and you don't want others to move here, then talk about what happened and how it was handled. Don't fish around for insults. Just post what happened to you. I don't come from the viewpoint of everyone who lives here. Not everyone is as happy to be here as my family is. That's fine. But what good does it do to complain when you haven't even given an example of what you've seen first-hand. When I go to pay my rent, the staff is kind to me they ask me about my family and they take care of my needs right away. If anything, I would say that maybe you're someone who works for another complex and you don't want people to hear good things about the competition (...if you want to fish for insults).
