I hate this place...where to start'Ok first of all I have to say that this place has gotten so GHETTO and the maintenance is horrible. I lived at the top floor and had a problem with an annoying squirrel scratching it's way into making what I found out to be a nest. There walls are sooo paper thin that that freaking squirrels managed to make a hole on my wall in the master bedroom! So here I go calling maintenance to fix it and they gave me the run around for almost two weeks about getting it fixed. We had to cover it up with a piece cardboard box to avoid the cold and squirrels coming into my room. One fine morning I had the pleasure of meeting the squirrels off spring next to my bed!!The squirrels managed to push the cardboard box out of the way and pushed the fetus looking baby squirrel out of the nest I FREAKED OUT and called maintenance immediately to clean up the dead squirrel from to floor. It was disgusting it didn't even have hair on it yet ill!! So long story short they finally fixed it that same day. Something soo simple took them soo long to do and that same day I gave them my 30 day notice. The leasing manager is an idiot that was unreliable and unprofessional.The neighbors are soo loud and vulgar you can almost swear everyone is on section 8 around here. If you like bugs as your pets this is the perfect place roaches in abundance and it doesn't matter how clean you are. Word of advice if you are planning on moving here and don't mind any of the above go for it to everybody run for your dear life!!!

This person suffered a horrible experience and is completely biased. I have lived here for almost five years. Maintenance is prompt and friendly, as is the rest of the staff. Three years ago they installed new windows and doors, two years ago they updated the landscaping (which was already very nice), last year they installed a beautiful new wrought iron fence around the entire community, and this year they installed Verizon FIOS (although it is your choice whether or not you want to sign up for the service). Regarding the supposed bug issue - I haven't had bug problems in my apartment at all. The place looks great, the staff is great, and I feel very much at home. (Total side note ??? HUGE walk-in closets like you wouldn???t believe. Check the floor plans on the website, they are wonderful.)

I have read some descriptive writing, but this one was the funniest and helpful. You need to write books, because this was truly a funny, however; I'm not a pleasant experience for you and your family. Thanks for the write up. I will stay clear from this joint....
