Be sure your apartment is on the edge of the community, and parking is not an issue at all. I have a laundry room in my building, but not every building does. If this is important to you, confirm. Apartment layout is perfect - no one can ever believe how huge my walk-in closet is; it is almost another room. Balcony is also very spacious. Kitchen has tons of counter space, including an island, and a lot of storage, including a nice pantry.
