My fiancee and I have been living here for a full year. When we first moved here, I was prepared for the bugs because all of the reviews said that the buildings had them, so I wasn't THAT freaked out. Let me clarify on the bug thing...when we first moved it was kinda bad, meaning that when you turn on a light in the middle of the night you see them. The exterminator came twice and now we don't see them...we also coupled the exterminators efforts with our own...(gels, traps, etc) so now it's okay. The one thing that bothers me about this place is that they give you ONE parking sticker per household, no matter HOW MANY names are on the lease. So if you are the unfortunate one stuck with having no sticker, you have to park your car at the bottom of the street and walk up, and if you get there after 11pm on a weeknight, good luck with that! There are security lights outside, and I have yet to see anything get stolen or hear about anything being broken into. All of my neighbors are pretty friendly, we all speak when we see each other and the other day (no joke) I actually borrowed some cooking oil from one of them! all in all, a very good value, a step above mediocre. You cant beat the price for all the space you get and ALL UTILITIES included which I have yet to find anywhere else for this reasonable a price and without having to worry about getting shot. Thats another thing, there are ALWAYS police patrolling the area...pro or con' U decide...
